Jesse, if I could send it over the internets, I would. We have SO MUCH left. Plus bagels, but I'm down with bagels.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I have apple pie in the refrigerator. This may motivate me eventually to put down the laptop and mosey back into the house. It's been a nigh-perfect 68 degrees here today, and I not only reviewed all my notes from school this week and read through chapters in the text book, I wrote Actual Fiction words, too.
I have one room painted, and I'm exhausted. And covered in paint.
Look at you guys, all productive! I felt great when I woke up this morning, but like crap by the time I got home after a nearly 2 hour bus ride. So I've done some serious lounging.
I think cake freezes OK, Burrell, if that's any help.
I know! I'm the slackeriest slacker ever. Other than tossing out bad food and doing some dishes I have mainly watched tv or dvds and played online.
I've been mainlining Friday Night Lights and in between eps, I have cleaned out a closet, put together 4 bags of stuff for donation, changed the litter, and gotten another full bag of trash. I've been productively lounging.
Are we the last bastion of the internets? I can't get through to anywhere but here.
I just turned the computer on, but my internets seem to work fine for the time being.
I worked at the bookstore yesterday and today, but since it was relatively light both days, I was able to go home at 3:00 (two hours early on Saturday and one today). It was so quiet that I was able to get some bookshelves dusted (usually impossible to do on a weekend).
I'm donating platelets at 7:15 in the morning (too damn early!), but after that, the day's my own. It's supposed to get up to 88 degrees tomorrow, so I'll probably spend some of the day at the outdoor pool here at my apartment complex, dodging kids in the water and catching some rays.
I went through my fridge and got rid of stuff I should have dumped ages ago. Including scary things in plasticware that I could not identify. My fridge has pretty much nothing but space in it now.
I did that yesterday! I suddenly have a massive amount of clean, empty plastic containers! And ACRES of fridge shelf space.
I also have a very sick boyfriend (as in medically sick, not "You are one SICK mofo!") — it's either a bad cold or incipient bronchitis. I've been going over to his place all weekend and making soup/risotto/other bland warm food for him, and then watching Buffy S2.
He'd never seen more than a few random episodes of Buffy, so a while ago we started with S1, and we're slowly making our way through. Last night we watched "Ted" and "Bad Eggs" (the latter wasn't as bad as I remembered), and IIRC, "Surprise" and "Innocence" are up next. I have not informed The Boy that all the soul-losing shit hits the fan in a big way, because I think he needs to be unspoiled for the pain.
Possibly we'll watch those tonight.
Kathy, are you working at a big chain bookstore? Either way, how did you get the job and how many hours do you work? I'm thinking about a bookstore job, but I have no retail experience (other than being a bank teller in 1995-6), and I'm not psyched about the idea of having to do 20 more hours a week. Any thoughts?
