Did Armstrong use that same position that Leipheimer uses?
Not really -- if anything, Leipheimer's position is a less extreme version than the one Landis [link] was using last year, with the flat back, forward seat, and his arms pulled in really tight. Armstrong rode a little more upright than most [link] -- not quite the classic TT position either, but differently weird.
(But I mostly watch Leipheimer's thighs.)
I had forgotten that it was Leipheimer who got pushed down into 6th place a few years ago when Vino attacked on the final day. Wow.
Man, that was close. Are they really
not going to contest the yellow when there is so little time separating
them?
Someone reassure me that a little cat puke isn't a big deal? He looks OK otherwise.
It's not a big deal, Jesse. Really.
If he is not eating, or drinking, or other things seem amiss, it's worth checking on, but cats do tend to be puke monsters from time to time.
It is raining elephants and giraffes here in the northeastland. This means, no moving things! (I have some random crap going into storage.) On the down side, this means cleaning.
Also, there is no Fox Game of the Week on (yet) so we are required to entertain ourselves through our drudgery with classic rock radio.
Thanks, y'all. Usually I don't care (I mean, I
care),
but I'm about to abandon him for a few days.
I need to go shovel out my car as to not force passengers to ride on the hood or perch on a errant pieplate, but it's steamy out there and bleh. At 2. I'll give myself until then.
Whereas when Nutty wrote the above post, it was raining cats and dogs, but now the sun is shining brightly. It may rain again, so who knows?
