"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I was just reading a Vick article where his father stated that he was a presence in his son's life, but that the mother was told to play a "broken home" angle to help his chances in the NFL.

I read that article. He claimed that he stayed home with the other children while Vick's mother went to the games. I find that a little odd, at best.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Either its truth or its value as a lie make me shake my head.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Either its truth or its value as a lie make me shake my head.

Well put. I guess your brain still works okay, despite it's unceasing pursuit of crippling pain. I'm minded (so to speak) of Homer trying to punish his brain with a Q-tip.

Speaking of which, Emmett's discovering The Simpsons. His review from the other room: "Mr. Burns is being a total dick."

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Indeed.

I loved that one. Everyone needs minions. Back when I ran an online vegetarian forum, our member profiles section was called "Minions of Seitan."
