Apparently it works well if you open Windows Media Player and give it that URL.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

How about some cute LOLcat photos?

Well I know I'm all cheered up now.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Ack. No WMP, and no admin access to install it. Thanks, though.

I'll console myself by going to the gym. And giggling at the Pirate!LOLcat.

I'll most likely be wrapped up in credit card fraud crap this evening, but I have faith that Jilli will report any shenanigans or awesomesaucery.

I'm only going to get to watch about half of it, but I'm pretty sure multiple people from chemicalromance or chemicalmedia are figuring out how to rip/save/upload for the rest of us.

I'm going to be tutoring and then I think I shall schedule a fall down.

I have no idea what it is about this week, but it is making me a bit nuts.

Always Anti-fascist!

When I read the Michael Vick story, I thought "Pelecanos has somebody new to kill off now!" Because animal abusers and rotten tippers come to bad ends in his world.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I was just reading a Vick article where his father stated that he was a presence in his son's life, but that the mother was told to play a "broken home" angle to help his chances in the NFL.

Oy.

I do believe there are some marvellous people in sports, because there are marvellous people just about anywhere. But there are people who flock to tennis for tantrums like McEnroe's as well as grace like Ashe's. There aren't enough Ashes to go around, anyway. And that's in a "genteel" sport.

I have officially spent too much time out of my head in the past few days. Yesterday's just a mess of medication, and it's broken my week up so much that I'm not sure what day it is.

And I still have a monster headache. My GP is suggesting he prescribe me something stronger than Percocet, and I'm scared he may be right.

I read that article. He claimed that he stayed home with the other children while Vick's mother went to the games. I find that a little odd, at best.

Either its truth or its value as a lie make me shake my head.
