Art Crawl!!!

Hee. I knew that Belvoir was pronounced "beaver" - - due to some horse related thing. Possibly a horse and hound related thing.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Hee. Sumi, for horse-related reasons, Belvoir = Beaver would confuse me, due to Vann and Howard Belvoir (bellvwor).

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Steilacoom tends to give non-natives trouble. No idea if Hoquium or Quilcene do

Hmm, let's see if 8 years is long enough for me to get my almost native card...

Today is seriously out of control. And now I have to race to an appointment and leave everything hanging.

Office workers who go to lunch in herds? Worse than tourists.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

That's exciting news, Gud.

Emmett's a little anxious about starting Middle School this year.

San Francisco might have universal pre-school by the time Matilda is of age.

Art Crawl!!!

Well, this is the Horse related Belvoir that I know about. (Didn't Bertie Wooster have an Aunt who hunted with the Belvoir hounds?)

Yeah, that can be a big change depending on the district, it was for me when I was in school. Our district is nuts, there's Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary, Middle School, 9th Grade, and High School so they are always changing schools.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I've been to Sequim (Skwim)! I was on a dig near there. Good times.

Office workers who go to lunch in herds? Worse than tourists.

I keep trying to go to lunch alone, but my cubemate sees me leaving and gets up to go with me, and then her two cousins who work down the hall join us, and then we're a damn herd. I just want to get my food and go back upstairs.
