I had a friend who always threw a rock at her car bumper everytime she got a brand new one. Her logic was that as long as she controlled the first ding, she wouldn't flip out over the following ones. Think she's goofy, but whatever works.
Today I a) got a wedding invite from a hs friend who found me on the internet and b) while boredly googling, found the flickr site of a college friend I'd l drifted from and found out she's married with stepkids and due in October. Whoa.
Tomorrow I'm going up to see the family Miracleborn! And possibly drink.
Tonight I'm packing. Trying to figure out how to get a camel in my suitcase.
