How prevalent is "sit bone" as a common term for ischial tuberosity?
I've heard it in Pilates a lot.

Holy cow.
MsScribe posted a very long explanation of the Great SockPuppet Debacle, then got fandomwanked, then deleted it. Someone on FW kindly summarized it, though.
Oy.
Of course I notice every speck of dirt, every piece of dog hair, and every drop of drool/water.
Ahaha. Yes. Whether it is a freshly washed car, a clean shirt when feeding a baby, freshly washed windows...those first few bits of dirt drive you batshit.
I had a friend who always threw a rock at her car bumper everytime she got a brand new one. Her logic was that as long as she controlled the first ding, she wouldn't flip out over the following ones. Think she's goofy, but whatever works.
Today I a) got a wedding invite from a hs friend who found me on the internet and b) while boredly googling, found the flickr site of a college friend I'd l drifted from and found out she's married with stepkids and due in October. Whoa.
Tomorrow I'm going up to see the family Miracleborn! And possibly drink.
Tonight I'm packing. Trying to figure out how to get a camel in my suitcase.
Camels go in the side pocket, Cash.
Ailleann, thanks! Oh, and I owe you for that comic!
Sit bone(s) is used a lot in yoga and in all the movement/voice/bodywork classes I have ever took.
Makes sense about the krav centre using it, then.
Hey, anyone know why I rented the extra features disc of the 2nd season of 24? I'm struck once more by Netflixnesia, where I have no idea why it seemed important lo so many disks ago.
Cash, seriously, don't worry about it. (Speaking of that, I should go read mine...)
