Does anyone else get certain pop-ups that try to install MS Access on your system?

there's some pop-up on yahoo mail today that keeps trying to make me install something. not sure what it is, but it's annoying me to death.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Yeah, it happens on my work machine all the time. I blame IE.

Since it's my work PC as well, I just assumed it was because the firm had failed to install part of Office because of cheapness.

I'll go find the link when whedonesque.org comes back up. I haven't been able to get there all day.

Oh, look, a potential Cat 5 hurricane in the Gulf. As if I haven't already been putting in hell hours here at work. Dean, I hate to wish it on Mexico, but really, a southern road trip would do you good.

My current least favorite web ads, aside from any and all dancing silhouette mortgage ads (which can occasionally crash my browser), are the creepy, voyeuriffic Match.com watching-through-a-web-cam ads.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

there's some pop-up on yahoo mail today that keeps trying to make me install something.

Oh, me too. That's kind of reassuring.

I have Access installed on my machine, and yet still many ads try to install it again anyway. Occasionally it crashes IE. Which is super irritating, as IE doesn't have a session-saver extension.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My current least favourite ads are the ones with the naked butts with smiley faces. The hell? Trying to fly under the radar with the surfing, thanks.
