I have had constriction in my esophagus off an on for like 4 days now and it can STOP already. feeling like I might hurl or can't swallow is no fun.
Eeep. Throat-ma msbelle. Sounds like an intermittent problem I have that was diagnosed as globus (sp?). My primary care doctor seemed to think it might be related to acid reflux, so he had me do two 14 day Prilosec treatments back-to-back. It helped (and did wonders for any heartburn problems), but I think it may also be related to what my sleep therapist doctor found, namely that my windpipe was smaller than average.
I've been trying to find out if Time Traveler's Wife has started filming or not; I do know that they originally announced filming would start in August, but that could have changed. If anyone sees Eric Bana or Rachel McAdams in town, then it's being filmed.
This is where the internet fails us. I always want to know what is filming in town, and it seems like that information should be aggregated somewhere.
The bar at the Peninsula Hotel is the place to go in Chicago if you want to see any of those people. Plus it's a cool place to hang out anyway, and actually not expensive by downtown standards.

James McAvoy!! - he's in the other movie that Morgan Freeman is filming right now. You've got Christian Bale AND James McAvoy in town and you guys haven't seen either? Also, Angelina Jolie, Terrance Stamp and Marc Warren.

However, it's not always updated. For instance it doesn't list the TV movie that's brought Michelle Trachenberg to town. (Reports had her lined up at midnight to buy the new Harry Potter book. Also mentioned her shiny, shiny hair.) If I saw her, I don't know if I'd overcome the urge to yell, "Get out! Get out! Get out!"
