You know, with the exception of one deadly and unpredictable midget, this girl is the smallest cargo I've ever had to transport. Yet by far the most troublesome. Does that seem right to you?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

What's the difference between in your bed and on your bed?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

In your bed = under the covers?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I had firm rules about this when I lived in a studio. When I got up in the morning, I would make my bed and from then on, only sit on it.

So exciting, Brenda!!

I did have a big dog in the house when I lived with DX, and that was okay, though.

Did anyone else go "Bwuh?" and think of DX Machina, and wonder where you missed backstory?

That's a good rule, in a studio. I wouldn't ever have managed to follow it though.

Hmm. So if it's a hot night and you're not using covers, you're not in bed? Just on it?

I could absolutely never keep a rule about only sitting on my bed during the day. I need my naps.

Brenda, this is very exciting. And cool.

Lying down and sleeping is different.

Well, yeah. But I don't see how that affects my inability to only sit on a bed during the day. I would totally lie down on it for my naps, and under covers if the temperature decreed it.

I have no problem with you napping! Me, I don't get back in bed after I wake up. Now that I have a multi-room apartment, I barely go in my bedroom in between waking up/getting dressed and going to sleep at night.
