I'm a single undead gal trying to make it in the big city. I have to start somewhere and they're evil here. They don't judge. They've got necro-tempered glass. No burning up. A great medical plan, and who needs dental more than us?

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

This weekend: Seeing Stardust with a friend
Cleaning
Doing laundry
Going in search of good fudge, or, learning how to make fudge
Learning to use my new lightbox setup
And, relatedly, listing the stuff behind the couch for sale on eBay.
Possibly uploading photos to flickr.

Notice how only one of these involves another human being?

eta What is up with me and the goddam formatting?

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

weekend plans: tonight, driving up to New Hampshire. Tomorrow and Sunday, lounge around drinking beer, taking boat rides, swimming, dozing, and eating on an island in Lake Winnipisake.

Say "Hi" to President Sarkozy for me.

IOW have nice trip and hope the media circus isn't too bad there.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Getting things done here, and then heading home to finish cleaning the apartment before getting at least a few hours sleep before Mom arrives at noonish to spend the week.

I hope she doesn't expect to have an adventurous weekend, because I'm going to be damn tired after today.

Oh, and weekend plans are driving to Maine tomorrow for an annual family get-together (at one of my sisters this year) on Sunday. I have Monday off (wheeeeee!), which is when I'll be coming back (hopefully on the early side).

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Holy crap, it's cold outside. It must have dropped ten degrees this afternoon. 25 degrees from yesterday.
