The periodic table of the elements tattoo is my fave.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Interestingly enough this tattoo refers to the xkcd strip that made me the mushiest.
Jilli on TV would be too cool(and I've been predicting it for ages) although be careful and don't sign your life away or anything. I'm excited for you. Cash, he is the guy that never read the book. I can only watch him briefly with snarky Countdown captions attached.(Yes, Countdown still likes carrots.) ETA: ita, I hope you feel better today. And Happy Empress' birthday.
erika, I watch Countdown at the gym while I'm on the treadmill now! It's a dual method to work through my liberal outrage.
Cool...and not as creepy as the woman online that says that fantasies about KO help her get through medical tests.(It's not so much that I'd disagree...it just feels like...oversharing.)
Chances Good For Whedon's Ripper
There's a "solid chance" that Buffy the Vampire Slayer creator Joss Whedon will produce a 90-minute TV special featuring the character of Rupert "Ripper" Giles (Anthony Stewart Head) for the BBC, according to a report by novelist Suzanne Brockmann, one of five winners of an auction for a private dinner with Whedon at Comic-Con International in San Diego last month.
Brockmann was one of five people (including her husband) who posted winning bids of between $9,400 and $11,100 per seat for dinner with Whedon, which benefited Whedon's pet charity, Equality Now, which advocates for women's rights around the world. She has posted an account of her meal on her official Web site.
Among the other news coming out of Brockmann's conversation: Whedon is developing Cabin in the Woods, a horror movie with former Buffy writer Drew Goddard.
Is this a trustworthy source?
Yeah, tommy, it apparently came from Joss' mouth at ComicCon. I'm pretty sure everyone here is saying, "yeah, yeah, we've been burned on Ripper before."
Yeah, I'd ask about Ripper if I could get my hands on Whedon for an hour or so. Though I don't know if I'd spend 10K to do it.
Interview with Joss at EW.com:
There's still no script for Ripper, so don't hold your breath.
