Wash: Well, I wash my hands of it. It's a hopeless case. I'll read a nice poem at the funeral. Something with imagery. Zoe: You could lock the door and keep the power-hungry maniac at bay. Wash: Oh, no, I'm starting to like this poetry idea now. Here lies my beloved Zoe, my autumn flower, somewhat less attractive now she's all corpsified and gross...

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't listen to the radio, so I miss out on all the new stuff. All I know about Rihanna is that she's pretty, and all I know about Amy Winehouse is that she's crazy. That's a lot of crazy.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Happy birthday, Kat.

And if happiness is beyond your range today, then at least I wish you some really delicious cupcakes.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

tommyrot, when I went by Borderlands bookstore the other day I got to play with Ripley the hairless cat for a good fifteen minutes. She was in a super affectionate mood.

Aww. Hairless cats tend to be pretty affectionate.

Plus maybe she was trying to prevent you from being freaked at the Grim Reaper-kitty.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

You could send it to me, shrift. That would show her.

First I should probably read what I wrote last night while tired and cranky and drinking red wine to make sure it's actually in English.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I'm cuddling Noah, and he looks like he'd like to post, if only he could.

Happy birthday, Kat. I hope your day turns out to be better for you than you thought, in fact, I hope it comes out awesome!

::joins those in the ded-from-the-cutiness that is D::

Such a great big smile on him!!

Today's a pretty good day for me, since I am now done with my training, I'm getting some work done (finally!), and today turned out to be Indian day at the cafeteria, so I'm happily noshing on some chicken tikki masala and naan (with a side of mixed veggies).

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Happy birthday, Kat. I will be thinking of you and the babies.

And now I'm off for points North. Here's to a good day's drive.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Happy birthday, Kat!

Yup, that's the kitty we were talking about last night. Different article, though.

eta: Same AP article, different publication?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm cuddling Noah, and he looks like he'd like to post, if only he could.

I bet he totally would!

all I know about Amy Winehouse is that she's crazy. That's a lot of crazy.

Yeah, she's a total mess. She's the UK singing Lohan-equivalent. (I know Lindsay had that album, but I'm sorry, it doesn't count.)
