Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I just got a delicious roast beef sandwich.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I had delicious homemade lasagna. It was a weird lasagna, because I didn't have riocotta, so I used tofu. I didn't have sauce, so I made sauce (with sausage, because I only make good meat sauce. I didn't have spinach, so I used beet greens. And then I didn't have enough tofu, so my second layer was actually zucchini. Yet, still good.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Happy birthday, Robin!!!!

Shoes stretch when you wear them, right?

I have a pair of shoes that I was going to take to a shoe repair place to see if they could stretch them for me. I love them, but they are just too narrow. I tried wearing them a couple of times, but they didn't stretch enough, so I'm going to try a professional.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Thank you for the lovely nirthday wishes! Yup--my birthday is Hiroshima day...also Lucille Ball's birthday. Make of that what you will.

Now tagless for your comfort.

The kids and I met DH for lunch at a Mexican restaurant. I had chicken chimichangas and the kids had beans, rice and a cheese quesadilla. So very tasty.

Maybe I'll go get tacos from the place that makes the really yummy and muy autentico tacos. It's kind of a hike, though, and I am very lazy. Plus it's hot & humid as balls out there.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I am not the biggest video game geek by any means, but I want this:

You can now buy the original 1983 Star Wars arcade cockpit game. Only £3.5k!

Its got full colour 3D vector graphics and surround sound (a speaker behind your head).

They also have reconditioned Space Invaders arcade games! [link]

The perfect retro arcade machines...
"Everytime people come to my home, they are drawn to this machine. It has provided hours of fun for us 'grown up's', reminding us of a time when we asked for 10p's off our parent's, just to blast another Space Invader, and kept the kids happy on Bonfire Night, Christmas Day, you name it!"

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Ooo, I want a Space Invader game! That was my first non-pinball game I ever played at the arcade.

I forgot to say--Happy Birthday, Robin!!

And speaking of cats in bottles...
