I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

My current house is a 77 and the one I kind of grew up in is a 23. Also confirming my knowledge that it is a horrible place to be in without a car. With one, too, but that's another post.

Mr. Scola’s wardrobe by Botany 500

Plug in an address and it will quantify how walk-friendly a neighborhood it is

Mine got a 97.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Also, for those who don't keep up in Bitches....

paperdoll's book is gonna have a review in the next EW.

Dog is my co-pilot.

Theodosia, Thanks for the link. My house gets a 26 on the walk score. Bummer.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

98!

My parents' house is a whopping 8!

It isn't quite the boonies, but the nearest place to purchase anything is a gas station about a mile away.

My appt gets 89. Which is somewhat better than I was expecting. If I lived a little bit North (in Andersonville) or South (Wrigleyville) I'd be closer to a lot more cool restaurants, etc.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My current place gets a 72. Take that, LA detractors!

Uh, not that I walk to any of those places--I should check my last place. It was even more pedestrian convenient...and it gets an 82. Cool.

Exciting about the EW review! I may have to buy a copy.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

The place where Emily and Val lived in Central Square gets a 97. The apartment may have had its problems, but it was really nicely located!
