That's comforting as I seem to have misplaced my birth certificate and need to get mine for Novemeber. Eeep!
Well, Scola is still waiting for his after 10 weeks. And the Post Office told me to expect about 14. I can only assume that the fact that my name on my application didn't exactly match their files pulled me out of the normal queue.
megan, that's awesome fast!
sara, did you finish laundry?
Yes, ma'am. I'm a little more chilled out now. There was just a flurry of waiting for machines and updating resumes and freaking out and making the bed and putting away clothes and making lists and making more lists and ....I'm a simple girl. I get all whackaloon with alterations to my daily routine unless I'm completely outside my usual routine. Then I'm fine.
DON'T FENCE ME IN BITCHES I WILL CUT YOU!
This is what made me smile last. Well laugh.
Congrats Dana! And to Robin and DH!!
There was an overpass collapse in Quebec last year. It's a little worrying but it leads me to think that all the highway infrstructure builtin the 60s-70s might be reaching the end of its lifespan.
I think I linked to this site several weeks ago? [link] It allows you to search several states' unclaimed property rolls. I sent the link to my parents when I saw my late grandmother's name and they just found out it was $200 from some kind of class action settlement. Free money!
I want easy money. Preferably enough to pay for an in-home nurse for Grace.
Apparently there was a mouse in the linen cabinet. So now I am rewashing and then ziplocking all of the sheets, towels, etc. is that anal?
Congrats, Robin!
Oh, my god, I'm making that tomorrow. Thank your mother for me.
I'll be sure to Jen. Guess what I just ate for dinner in lieu of vegetables or an entree? Though the recipe makes slightly more food than my appetite can handle, so I'll have the last misshapen corncake for breakfast.
eta: When you're in a house with a new baby who's struggling with health issues, I'd say that's an appropriate level of neat freakiness, Kat.
So now I am rewashing and then ziplocking all of the sheets, towels, etc. is that anal?
No, but, wow, you must have some really big zip lock bags.
I do! They are 20 gallon bags. They are the awesomest. Not spacesavery per se, but so much cheaper ($1.50 per bag).
