ION, best local "scandal" ever: It's a Thing that the mayor takes the subway to work. But it turns out, he gets driven part-way so he can get straight on the express train and not have to transfer from the local which is close to his house. Hilarious.

I couldn't resist tommyrot's link to the (whitefonted thing). I skimmed through their best sellers (sex toys ... what? I was curious) and was amused to see that one of them was proudly marked "made in America".
