The special effects department is going with a lot of the classic low-tech creepy effects this episode. (The shadows, closet, flickering lights, crib, refridgerator, shaking bed.)
I love the way the two of them work together. And Sam with the kids -- gah.
Also, the echo here -- "Take your brother outside as fast as you can."
I love how the first attempt to kick the door down leaves a muddy footprint
yeah, I definitely got the feeling Missouri actually cares about Dean more than she does Sam.
IIRC, in grey canon (the journal screencaps), he had the boys with him on visits to Missouri, and Dean actually talked to her, back when he wasn't talking to anyone yet.
Mmm. Busting down doors and Sam getting tossed into walls. LOVE.
Why did Sam stop-- was there something that stopped him from going outside, or are we supposed to think he knew Mary already?
Holy SHIT. I forgot about Sam flying across the kitchen.
Dean, wouldn't it be easier to go through a window?
Have you noticed there's very little Texas in their speech? That didn't start creeping into the Winchesters' speech until S2, I think.
Wow, Sam's strong. I realized they are little kids, but still one in each arm and running.
