The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

According to IMDB, JDM is 41.

I was about to say this-- he's less than a year younger than I am, and I'm almost 42.

Because books.

Yeah, I always wonder if it freaked the actors out that JDM was playing their father when he's nowhere near old enough. JA is going to be thirty this year (I think?) so that's a little ... bizarre.

Not that I am complaining about the casting, mind. JDM is one of my favorite things about the show. ::rustles up six-foot-long list::

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Get your hands on a copy of Jam, which stars JDM at his own age. He's a dad with young children so he gets to be appropriately fatherly.

It's an indie, also starring Gina Torres, Marianne Jean-Baptiste, William Forsythe, Alex Rocco, Tess Harper, others. It's a *tiny* movie, as these things go, but it does give the actors a showcase. Plus, for those who care, there's JDM ink visible.

I own it, but I'd say it's certainly worth the price of rental.

Which makes him perfect dating material for moi
Me too, please. If we are forming a line.

I'm not even a huge fan of tatoos and yet this makes me go "gah".

JA, like me, is 28. (Plz do not age us early, kthx!)

JDM is quite tasty. I must ruminate on these facts.

*puts Jam on Netflix list*

Psst. JA's recently 29. Sorry, but it's true.

DAMNIT. My obsessiveness totally loses. He's a year and two months older than me, not two months.

(Still utterly, completely date-able. As in, he needs to call me.)

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

JDM falls within my dating range, too. Also, the tattoos are muy sexy.

Jam is on my list of "things I can buy once I purchase my motorcycle and don't need to obsessively save anymore." Hey, look! I can buy it now! Schweet.

Thanks sumi for the interview link. That makes me happy.

Thanks tiggy for the video link. If I can't watch new episodes, then at least I can watch new videos. The clips included there of JP pain in Heart are almost too much to watch. They feel like someone really hurt the boy. He has grown so much on this show. (besides height)
