Thanks sumi for the interview link. That makes me happy.
Thanks tiggy for the video link. If I can't watch new episodes, then at least I can watch new videos. The clips included there of JP pain in Heart are almost too much to watch. They feel like someone really hurt the boy. He has grown so much on this show. (besides height)
Sshhoulderzzzz.
Very much, yes. Rory, honey, you really let the wrong one get away.
Are there any pictures of JDM's tattoos?
Here is one. I don't know where the original came from though.
Are there any pictures of JDM's tattoos?
Ask Bev, she's got ALL the good stuff.
Y'all crack me up. Start with the serious, end with the picspam. I love you.
It is also entirely possible that, as with the writing crew for Buffy, the writers of Supernatural are all English majors and cannot count.
We already established that with Route 666.
(The recent unpleasant entitlement and privilege issues in Harry Potter, in fact, were all the more teeth-grinding for me as a result of my furious bout of fact checking/researching/attempts at Handwavium mining regarding that episode, as Cassie's parents couldn't have legally married in the state in question until after Loving vs. Virginia, people. Which was a few years later. Anyhow, said bout of Handwavium mining involved me basically spending a week reading as much in the way of laws, breaking of laws, and prosecution of couples marrying out of state to avoid the laws, as I possibly could in an effort to convince myself that the events leading to the Racist Ghost Truck were even possible. Dear writers: seriously, you should have made it 1968.)
Okay, I'm hooked. Or rather, obsessed. I've read enough of the W&P's to have adopted "Oh, Show!" into my internal vocabulary. I love the brothers, their relationship and issues. I love that there is the meaty-goodness, and the shallow pretty.
And reading here and over at Boxed Set really enhanced my appreciation of those issues and the dynamics of the Winchesters. I love the cinematography/DP. I love the three J's. I love the clever yet simple lies they tell to ingratiate themselves into people's lives to solve the cases.
Of course, I'm confused as all get-out because I'm netflixing season 1 and iTunesing season 2, because I want to be caught up for September.
So, short of trawling the entirety of Boxed Set myself for past linkage, does anyone have any recs of vids or fic handy at their fingertips? (No Wincest, thank you kindly!)? I'm in dire need of a fix until my next DVD shows up (damn you Blockbuster, you foolish foolish heathens!).
Oh Show.
Juliebird! We welcome you with open arms!
Um, lemme get stuff together and I can rec you stuff. Do you like smutty, if not 'cesty? Or straight gen? (Because Plei and Bev would be better at that.)
Are you on LJ?
