I know someone on TWOP said that, but I'm not sure. I'd have to re-watch, but the read would be:
"I'm /the one /who gripped /you tight /and raised /you
from /per-di-/tion"
(the slashes mark the emphasized syllables)
Except that "from perdition" is not a pentameter. I don't remember - Dean has the next line, right?
