I love that you put that here, accident or not.
Supernatural 1: Saving People, Hunting Things - the Family Business
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though -- if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
It was no accident. I heard about it from my bff who is a big SPN fan and also a big Mullet-head rock fan. She was sickened.
Hee--I need more coffee, and was about to go back and edit, but never mind now.
Some real-life info on the Best Buy and Target versions.
I think my mini-Metallicar is going to be a nice companion for my mini-Buffy cars.
I haz a baby two-door Impala! Unfortunately, there are no miniature Winchesters, not even plastic ones, or even a trunk opening to display a weapons cache. I got to Best Buy just before noon, and they had four sets left. Of course I don't know if they bought a dozen or several, or six sets total. Still. I haz it.
I blitzed through all the extras, and they are very nice. The soundbites are interesting and informative, but man, I miss commentary. Too bad they don't have the budget to pay people to sit in a trailer and throw cheetos at each other while they natter on about an episode or two.
Does anybody have any info on easter eggs on any of the discs?
Is it a guild issue that prevents actors and behind-the-scenes people from doing commentary tracks unless they get paid for it? Because were I in that sort of situation, I'd be chomping at the bit to sit down for an hour or two and joke about previous work with my co-workers.
It's my understanding that's the case, Matt. I could be wrong, though.
I decided on the calendar. so i went to Target after work. the calendar is very, very nice! mmm...pretty boys.
I haz baby Impala too! Also, someone at the BestBuy might want to watch their geek squad camera because one of the special edition sets on the rack advertising a metallicar included, did NOT have the car. The little plastic package add-on had been removed. I would be pissed if that was the last one and I bought it thinking the car must be tucked inside.
I was pleasantly surprised that it was painted. I expected a smaller pewter colored thing. And I really don't blame the company for making it 2-door. The show shoots it like a 2-door. They hardly ever (have they ever?) opened the back doors. The boys get in and coordinate their door closings from angles that look like a 2-door.
I can't believe they found a way to get me to buy the season three dvds. I had made up my mind I could live without this last season.
