Yeah, I could do that, but I'm paralyzed with not caring very much.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I like the character of Bella- straightforward

I don't trust Ruby, demons seem to evil and only evil. they don't even go as low as mundane.

Dean and Sam made the only choice they could have made and keep their humanity

Can't really believe Mr. FBI is dead.

"I make mistakes, but I am on the side of Good," the Golux said, "by accident and happenchance.” – The 13 Clocks, James Thurber

I read an article in the Philadelphia Inquirer today that I swear, if Sam had read it whilst sipping coffee over breakfast in a diner somewhere, he and Dean would be rolling into town to check it out. If, you know, they weren't fictional. It's about three churches being vandalized, and newcomers to the area introducing themselves to the priests by demonic names. Interestingly enough, the people involved are not teenagers, who might be expected to be doing this as some sort of prank, but people in their 40's and 50's.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

My friend, who is going through S1 and S2 COMPLETELY unspoiled, is about to watch "Devil's Trap." Heh, heh, heh...

Because books.

Oh, poor girl! The pain! The horrible pain!

I still flinch at that scene.

At least she'll have the next ep ready to hand.

Quick question: Does anyone have any thoughts (or any links to good meta posts) regarding the Trickster? I'm trying to figure out if he maps well onto a specific trickster figure (Coyote, Loki) or if he's just a mish-mash.

So far, I'm finding that he's a bit of a combo plate of certain tricksterish attributes.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Pretty much this. He's more Americana Trickster (Anansi, Coyote, Raven) than Loki or Reynard, but there's no one flashing neon sign saying "He is this!!".

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

I know we talked about Trickster being a regular over on Jericho, but was the female demon that got most of the face time in front of the jail, Shoshannah Stern, Bonnie on Jericho? I've watched it a couple times and I can't tell because a) I don't know her that well and b) those demon eyes change people's appearance enough to mess with me.

If it was--cool.
