I'm glad Dean's having his cathartic moment, but I really don't like Sam being pinned down and just being forced to lie there and be beat on. (edited to add that I think I screwed the grammar on that sentence... sorry)

Hmm. I'm thinking that a comparison of this ep and WIANSB would be interesting.
Gods, yes, Anne.
That was OH, DEAN x about a billion.
Well, that's an interesting twist with the Colt.
My humble opinion? They didn't need that flashback to the dream.
Also, that preview went from angsty to hysterical in no time flat.
OH PREVIEW. OH OH OH.
I was waiting for Bill Murray to sweep in and pull Dean away from the car at the end.
Although I really like Bobby, I think that was a particularly slo-o-o-w episode.
man, they're killing me with all of Dean's angst. i just wanna squish him!
I am skeptical about dreamwalker guy being able to instantly know people's issues better than they do themselves. I'd have much rather it gone down as him trying to figure out avenues of attack from observing what went on in them for a while.
Also, when Not!Dean went black-eyed and taunty, they missed a perfect opportunity for Dean to hit him with an ice-cold whispered "Yeah. I'm going to Hell and becoming a demon. And once I do, I'll be coming back for you."
