I'm very happy to get a Sera Gamble episode on my birthday!!
Supernatural 1: Saving People, Hunting Things - the Family Business
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though -- if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
I adored Doggett, myself. I love Robert Patrick in almost anything.
It's been so long now, I can barely remember what happened in the final seasons. One day I need to NetFlix and watch them again. Although it might be more satisfying to just stick with the earlier ones. Or just watch my favorite episodes and forget that Chris Carter ever attempted (hah) a coherent mythology.
It's a Sera episode? I didn't know that! Awesome.

NOTHING HAPPENED AFTER THEY MOVED FROM VANCOUVER!!!
(Except for Dreamland I & II and How the Ghosts Stole Christmas.)
(Okay, and Je Souhaite.)
I have unreasonable love for How the Ghosts Stole Christmas.
I may still have it on tape somewhere. Next to Arcadia. Was Arcadia S6? I guess I have to keep it, too.
I have Arcadia on tape somewhere! I taped a bunch of episodes one day during a marathon, and I got the one with the baseball player, Arcadia, Home (I think), and a few others.
I have NO IDEA where it is now, though.
Is Arcadia the one where Scully and Mulder pretend to be married in some sort of housing complex? For some reason, this is the only episode of X-files I have ever seen, and I have seen it at least 3 times.
It is! It is also Teh Awesome.
"Get in the kitchen and make me a sandwich, woman!"
ahem
I always had an affection for "Drive," which is the episode that introduced me to Bryan Cranston.
Was Giles a Mary Sue/flabotinum?
No. Giles had his own angst, which rules him out as flabotinum, and was regularly mocked as dorky, which rules him out as a Mary Sue.
Not all middle-aged people with access to research materials are flabotinum, just the ones who supply all the necessary information in a 3-minute phone conversation.
