So, you want a bounty hunter?
Some people think that Blonde chick's powers of disappearing suggest that she is a demon, perhaps there are YED's demonic forces fighting a battle against other demons - and she is protecting Sam because she is one of the YED's folks.

I'm not so much predicting that as wishing they would go there. Petite blond as ass kicking evil demon would be awesome. But people who know the show think it is very unlikely.
Someone else said she gave a look to one of the "sins" like she recognized them. Now I have to go re-watch. Mysterious-er and mysterious-er.
Ooh, that is interesting.
I've rewatched and I can't tell if the brunette SIN in the room says "You!" or "No!" when she sees the Mysterious Blonde. That one word makes a big difference. "No" just might mean she doesn't want to go back to being trapped in Hell. But if she said "you", then -- we just got a little more complicated and twisty.
I agree that if the blonde was the daughter of the hunter Sam killed, she wouldn't be saving his ass. I really do like the idea that she's a demon that sees Sam as a kindred spirit in need of protection, and feeds into the "Sam came back wrong" idea (if the YED was speaking the truth and not just sowing lies of distrust)
Don't know that Blondie as successor to YED means SAM came back wrong. Seems like both Dead!Dad and YED always thought there was a good chance that Sam would go wrong just as he was.
Because of the power. But YED was playing with Dean.
CW Source has a little behind the scenes thing with the SPN Special Effects guy here.
He's cute. And seems to know his stuff and enjoy his job. Killing demons on a molecular level, hee!
