Angel: Connor, this is Spike and Illyria. Guys, this is Connor. Connor: Hi. umm...I like your outfit. Illyria: Your body warms. This one is lusting after me. Connor: Oh...no, I--I--it's just that it's the outfit. I guess I've had a thing for older women. Angel: They were supposed to fix that.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

Dude--"The Dean Winchester Diaries"--guh.

Obviously the mere idea leaves me in a Fire-bad-Tree-pretty state of mind.

Is he riffing on The Red Shoe Diaries, or would Dean be listing units of alcohol consumed, pounds of rock salt used and purchased, and bedposts notched?

Because books.

The Red Shoe Diaries.

Dean be listing units of alcohol consumed, pounds of rock salt used and purchased, and bedposts notched?

This is a story waiting to happen.

(In fact, I think it has...)

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Is he riffing on The Red Shoe Diaries, or would Dean be listing units of alcohol consumed, pounds of rock salt used and purchased, and bedposts notched?

The former is more aesthetically pleasing. The latter still makes me giggle, because something will never not be funny to me.

Art Crawl!!!

Apparently, the Director's cuts are up on the CW site now - I cannot confirm because dial-up won't let me see them. (Why couldn't they have gone up, oh say, yesterday afternoon?)

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

It should be a requirement that if you are going to watch Supernatural, you have to view an episode more than once. I've been going through season two, and each episode has been a treat to view again. Even the episodes that were only just "okay" the first time, I've noticed are even better the second time. For some of them, it seems like I'm seeing the episodes for the first time with all the details.

I'm thinking about doing a marathon watch of season one, because if season two was this fresh on the rewatch, I know there are some things I missed in the first episodes. Then again, I don't want to risk spontaneous combustion from happiness so I may wait on that.

Did anyone get the "Supernatural: Official Companion Season One" book? The one by Nicholas Knight? ::rolls eyes::

I've been reading it on breaks at work and the little details are SO MUCH FUN. I think you would enjoy it Bev.

Art Crawl!!!

Woo hoo - the director's cuts are up on youtube. Whew. I thought I'd have to wait 'til Monday. Both are good. I can't wait 'til Thursday.

Austin - I've heard that the Companion is fun - disappointingly skinny but chockful of fun stuff. What about the list on the back? Good stuff, no?

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

Small, but condensed. There are a lot of side notes to read and background on the urban legends as well as their thinking during the adaptation. I haven't checked out the list on the back yet sumi. I haven't made it farther than Phantom Traveler. But it is fun.

You all will appreciate the little bit by Amy Acker in Dead in the Water. She is just about as cute as the boys. But not quite.

The bad news: Kripke says we will never get a close look at the journal. The good news: Whoever did the interviews also classified Amy as getting a break from playing villians on Alias and Angel. Fred? Illyria, maybe. A bit. But there were extenuating circumstances.

IOW, the book may not know what it's talking about and SOMEDAY we may get to see the journal.
