When/if you get your season 2 dvds be sure to check the end of "Simon Said" and the beginning of "No Exit" because at least one reviewer reported problems with those episodes.

[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though -- if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
I have just finished all the Special Features on disc 6. EeeeE! Although, not really enough. Want more. I can't wait to play the commentary on any and all eps (although the Kripke/Gamble/Singer on AHBL1 was distracting rather than illuminating, for my money).
Do we know of any easter eggs on this set? I'll check out Simon Says/No Exit, and thanks for the tip. At least since these were bought locally an exchange shouldn't be a problem.
When I cancelled my Amazon order I simply told them I'd gotten a set locally on the release date and didn't need a duplicate set shipped later. They should be able to work out the time and shipment issue from that, I'd think. I'd chosen SuperSaver shipping and was prepared to wait a couple of days because of that choice. And by buying locally I paid sales tax, which would have paid for next day shipping. Still, I can't complain. I have the precious.
I haven't heard of any Easter Eggs. I did hear that the packaging sucks. (Somebody said that the plastic things that hold the disks in broke right away. That's kind of par for the course, isn't it? That happened with my Heroes dvds -- but so far only on one.)
That particular type of packaging seems to break in that way a lot. Though I've gotta say I've seen better luck with the new stacked versions (like the SPN discs) than the one-per-page style (like the Buffy/Angel old-time sets).
I CAN HAZ DVDS. (It's possible I just licked them. While still wrapped, natch.)
Now to watch some special features!
Pay particular attention to Kripke's message to the CW in the AHBL1 commentary. It was an aha! I was right moment for me.
I know that JP has come a long way in his acting, but I was impressed with the screen test. Seriously.
I've seen a few with successful actors and he outshined them. I thought of Beverly being validated saying the boy had acting chops. :)
He so does.
I think that screen test makes it pretty clear why JP was the only actor they took to the network for Sam.
CW W&P of AHBL2 in about 50 mins? Heart W&P 7:00 board time?
I'll be here for the AHBL2. Don't think I can make the Heart one.
I'll try to be around.
Also, in TWOP's Tubey Awards, Supernatural has been doing fairly well. Firsts in a few categories, and good showings in quite a few others.
