Excuse me while I revel in expletives and tears: I was aiming for the heart with this vid. That's the nicest thing you could have said or done (and I'm used to the expletives being pointed my way. Gives me a warm glowy feeling).

Art Crawl!!!
Beverly -- I complained to customer service at Amazon and got an IMMEDIATE response. I pre-ordered in May and people who ordered this weekend were getting their dvds when mine weren't even being prepped for shipping.
They immediately emailed me that they would upgrade me to second day shipping for free and that I would receive my dvds by the 13th.
So complaining to Amazon's customer service is worthwhile. We'll see how they do next time around.
