yeah, I know, I am just thinking that $20 may not be necessary.
Bureaucracy 4: Like Job. No, really, just like Job

Good point.
I'm all for free surveys, I'm just willing to take that hit, if it's necessary.
I was wondering about using the free surveymonkey site, but having 2 people post the survey using different free accounts - then have the board split alpha (by real last name ) to fill it out. I kinda doubt we would have more that 200 responses.
Couldn't we alpha split by board name?
I am building the poll right now. I will post it when completed.
does this look like a comprehensive thread list:
Beep Me, Bitches, Book Club, Boxed Set, Buffistatechnology, Buffy and Angel, Bureaucracy, Cable Drama, F2F, FanFiction, Fic, Firefly, Great Write Way, Hereos, Literary, Lost, Minearverse, Movies, Music, Natter, Non-Fiction TV, Other Media, Premium Cable, Press, Sang Sacre, Spoilage Lite, Spoilers, Supernatural, Un-American
another poll question. should I only allow one poll submission per computer? or is that going to screw some couples?
There does not seem to be any other sort of measure for preventing multiple voting. oh wait, it stores IP address, does that mean I would see a bunch of the same IP address and it should raise flags.
Honestly I cannot imagine anyone doing this.
I'm assuming you want this to be anonymous? 'Cause the way I did it with my survey was have them give their board name. You could keep that part of it confidential pretty easily, if you needed/wanted to.
Or, you could have them use their user ID number, which would take more work to figure out...
I'd rather it be anonymous, and nothing would keep me from saying I was Jesse, for example.
I just don't think I am going to worry about it.
True. Sounds like a plan.
