Question about the Poll: the first part - when you say that nothing should be changed? What is meant by that? We keep only the threads we have? We never add more? Or is it about the administration of the board - we add/delete threads by vote? Or not?

Do you like b.org the way it is and would prefer no major changes? Yes, The board works well enough, now/No, The board needs work.

If you like the way the board runs and don't want to make any changes then vote yes.
If you think there should be some changes (harder to add threads or to propose things or whatever) then you'd vote no.
But it's not about freezing the board the way it is.

When and how will the poll be taken/posted whatever? I'm a little unclear on these things.
I am not sure if we will build it on Mr. Poll or what (never made a poll before), but it will be posted all over the board on Monday sometime and it will stay up for a min of 4 days (isn't that the voting time?).
Mr. Poll is easy to use, but I don't think "Other" with a text box is possible there. You could do that in Zoomerang, which is free to a certain extent (not sure how many responses/questions/etc.).
Can we leave it up a little longer for the less frequent folk, or those who may be busy? Say a week?
I think surveymonkey.com also allows "other"/text box options and is also free, at least at the basic level.
