And like you I really miss her. And like you I recognize that she is going through a tough period right now and needs to do what is right for her. So I would love to have her back, but won't ask her come back. Because it is not just a matter of her being the boss of her. She knows better than I do what is best for her.

This is likely because I have been watching a LOT of Big Bang as I try and clear my recorded tv...
So I had to look up the whole exchange because all I could remember was that Chuck Norris was involved with 73 and Sheldon's shirt. Gotta love Google.
