There is a *lot* of TV. So a list will be incomplete for some, redundant for others in addition to the people it's helpful for. I'd recommending using one of MFNLaw's links. There are quite a few around.
I agree - I don't think a TV show premiere warrants a post in Press.
That would be very annoying, and I'm not sure where the idea of "general interest" came from.
