Aw. I just wanted to note that OfficeTally has also put its quote generator on hiatus, replacing it with a simple "There are no words" and changing the graphic to be strike-related.

Looks like it had smart quotes instead of straight quotes, and the board was not liking that much. Try it now.

Smart quotes are what happens when a program like Word converts pairs of normal keyboard quotation marks to the 66 99 style quotation marks.
