Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I think we should wait a bit before we rush to create a new thread. It'll find its home.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it earns its own thread.

Pushing Daisies? I would be discussing it in Minearverse right now if I hadn't missed the show on account of I had to work last night. pout.

I would be talking about it in there too if I had anything to say. Maybe next week...

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

PD premiered to strong ratings. I'm not sure where it should be discussed, but it won't get cancelled after 4 episodes is the biggest shock to me.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It's being discussed in Boxed Set already. If peoplw want to discuss it in comedy (which makes me wonder why they wouldn't discuss other funny SFF there, like Eureka) I guess it complies too. Doesn't have to be just the one location.

My hesitation about Minearverse is because a) Tim's not working on it...well, that's the biggie. There is no reason for someone looking for the discussion to find it there, or people avoiding discussion knowing to not go there.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, with the lack of shiny lines and the intent not to stifle conversation, PD can (and I'm guessing will) go in Boxed Set & Comedy, and Natter white-fonted. It's fine. We don't need to talk about where it goes, we can just talk about it. Where it goes. You know.

Although I do agree with ita, that it probably shouldn't be Minearverse, much as it has a thematic fit, Minearverse has a specific purview and PD does not qualify. I know, subculture, but I think we have to have a reasonable amount of intuitive usage for newcomers.

Maybe we should make a chart.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Maybe we should make a chart.

Would that be a pie chart?

Well, had I discussed it Minearverse, it would have been whitefonted. I thought that, after the second episode, there would be some interesting comparisons to make with Wonderfalls. But that's a conversation that I can have elsewhere on the internet if need be.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I would love to have that discussion as soon as I've seen the show.
