Saffron: But we've been wed. Aren't we to become one flesh? Mal: Well, no, uh... We're still two fleshes here, and I think that your flesh ought to sleep somewhere else.

I'm getting the pig!

Or... and I'm just throwing this out there - what do people think about doing a poll where tv talk interested voters pick their top shows (2? 3?) that they REALLY want to talk about with fellow buffistas and the highest voted for shows get threads?

It's just an idea. The list of possible shows would be quite large, I'm sure.

Our wings are not tired.

I did a quick look at the fall lineup and only one show I watch with any regularity isn't already covered here in Boxed Set or an individual show thread. House. It would seem I read about tv more than I actually watch. There are a number of shows that I follow in conversation here that I don't ever watch.

House, Grey's Anatomy and Friday Night Lights would be my top three.

hip deep in pie

I'm just curious as to whether NP voters picked a choice or abstained.

I abstained because I'm of 20 minds about threads these days. But if I had voted, even with a no preference option, I may have voted no.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Pushing Daisies (saw the 1st ep and loved it)

I liked it a lot, too. I suspect it would be fine in Boxed Set.

Our wings are not tired

I'd like to discuss Numbers and Bones. The other shows that I'm currently watching are caught up in Boxed Set. I'm sure there are a few more that might come up, like Pushing Daisies.

Art Crawl!!!

Could Pushing Daisies go in Boxed Set?

Non-Boxed set shows I'm likely to be watching include 2 out of 3 c.s.i.s. WAT, er (maybe), GA (maybe), Bones, Numb3rs, Friday Night Lights, 24, Prison Break, MI-5 (once they get to the new ones), Life (maybe), possibly Woman's Murder Club (but it's up against Moonlight, Blood Ties and FNL) so that's looking pretty unlikely at this point.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

MI-5 would go in Cable, I think.

Other new shows to throw in the mix: K-Ville, Canterbury Tales (one cop, one legal, respectively), the Terminator one, which I guess would be Boxed Set?

I'll probably be watching those, Bones, CSI original recipe, WAT/Cold Case maybe. I'll give Grey's and Private Practice a shot, but I may be done with them.

brillig

House and Bones are the only things I make a point of watching.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

House is the only thing returning on the networks that I'll be watching. I want a place to talk about it, but I don't really care where that is. I'm not deeply invested.
