I have no idea who those two are, but I don't see Andy Serkis as Captain Haddock at all.

They have the best screen duo chemistry in the universe. This is only a slight case of hyperbole.

A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.

True words. They're up there with Clooney/Pitt (Soderbergh edition).
They look vaguely familiar, but I haven't seen anything they've been in. But I trust the hivemind.
ETA: Dupond and Dupont are way more important to me than Haddock.

I believe TiVo has done your job for you.
megan, rent the Spaced dvds! You'll get to see Simon Pegg at his best, and Nick Frost is wonderful in his first acting gig (he was Pegg's roomie and a waiter, and Pegg had to convince the director that Frost would be perfect in the role, which he was).
Also, Spaced just happens to be the best sitcom of the past ten years, possibly twenty.

Also, if you get BBCAmerica, you can see Nick Frost in Kinky Boots tonight.
Kinky Boots tonight.
I was SO impressed with Chiwetel Ejiofor in that.
