I saw a bit of the trailer on one of those celebrity-blah-blah shows last night, and although they dyed John Goodman's hair dark brown and gave him an ugly mustache, it looks like the main character and all his family are played by white actors. White actors with dark hair, but I don't see an indication that they're meant to be Asian in any way; rather, I'd guess that the characters have been whiteified.

I was only sad that there were no pictures of Scott Porter as a young Rex Racer, fighting with his dad and then running away from home.

I thought the whole point was that muffins are already the whitiest of whitey -- it's the trend toward making bagels and coffee drinks and heaven knows what else into something that looks and tastes just like muffins that defines the Whitey Muffin Theory.

I... know that there are flavors of religion who are big with the imagery, but generally speaking, KIDS ON FIRE is not the kind of advertising you want for your summer camp. Especially not when the kids (and one assumes their parents) have a thing for literal interpretation.
