Anyone see Enchanted and want to give an assessment on how it would play with the 4 year old set? It is mostly about the romance?

Art Crawl!!!

The Ralph Fiennes role in In Bruges seems like a Clive Owen role to me.

I watched Enchanted and there did seem to be small children v. involved with the plot. (While the adults were laughing.) I mean, it's not just a romance there is also a evil Stepmother trying to get rid of the main character ). I think if your 4 year old is into Princesses she might like the movie. (The aforementioned evil stepmother also changes into a dragon a couple of times.)

Flea, it has some big live action and animated production numbers too. Our 11 year old boy child was meh on it (not enough explosions for him and there was gah!kissing) but our 16 year old girl child loved it, as did the 4 or 5 year old girl sitting in front of us. She jumped up and clapped when it was over.

Hey. New board.

There were adorable little 'uns yelling happily at the screen in our viewing. And the entire audience clapped, once during the movie and at the end. Kids can like it for the princess and the cutie chipmunk if nothing else.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

During our tv watching last night, Joe and I saw a trailer for Sweeney Todd. As I watched like, everyone from the HP movies flash by, I commented to Joe, "Swear to God. They're gonna accidentally cast Johnny Depp in Deathly Hallows."

I can totally see it - pan through on the great hall and there's Johnny Depp, sitting at one of the tables just waving.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Heh, now I'm wondering who Sacha Baron Cohen should play in DEATHLY HALLOWS.

Want.

Also, would love to see Johnny Depp in one of the portraits. Possibly playing a past HM of Hogwarts.

I'm just happy that the latest trailers/ads for Sweeney Todd have acknowledged the fact that it's a musical.
