I was wondering if Wikipedia had it, but it doesn't seem so. They do have a list of fictional secret agents, though.

Buffista Movies 6: lies and videotape
A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.

just saw the trailer for Wanted. awesome! can't wait to see it.

SMERSH isn't fictional.
SMERSH isn't fictional.
Huh. Guess that's the new thing I learned today.
SMERSH isn't fictional.
really? But it's such a silly name.
That's because it's an acronym of Russian. It's less silly if you think of it as Death To Spies. [link]
Oh yeah, it doesn't sound silly in Russian. It's more like, "Schmairsch" And now Sean Connery is saying it in my head and I think I need to bump some Bond flicks to the top of my Netflix queue.
