Problem is, everything else about that movie sucked. I loved the first one a lot, and they'd have to pay me to see a III now.
Although, just for inspiring so much of the Hot Fuzz cinematography--I am grateful to them for that.
A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.

Yeah Hot Fuzz went a long way towards convincing me that it's OK that I liked Bad Boys II.
Fuck y'all all. FUCKIN' HARD BOILED!!!! If you've never seen it in a theater (or a really superlative home system) you've never really seen it.
Hard Boiled is on my list. That's the sequel to Infernal Affairs, right?
Okay, okay, if we're straying out of English language, I wouldn't even bother comparing Die Hard to Woo's best.
not to mention Luc Besson.

Cough! Gasp! Sacrilege!
When it comes to action, I don't care about the language - GIVE ME THE EFFING GOODS!!!!
Oops, Wikipedia cleared that up. Infernal Affairs is merely referenced in Hard Boiled. Gimme a break: I haven't seen either, yet.
We watched Hot Fuzz the other night. Very fun.
I just got back from 3:10 to Yuma. I'm meh about it. It was well cast--Russell Crowe was a great choice for Ben Wade. But what is it with Alan Tudyk and playing funny supporting characters that bite it??
I'm not sure whether my favorite action movie is Raiders of the Lost Ark or 1941.
