I would like to say that I called Arlo shooting Tom. I did not think that he would fall on his sword re: Devil though. OTOH, shooting a state trooper was going to get him jailed for life, so he might as well add Devil to it.

Errol was kicked out for engineering the oxy war originally, I believe. He had a reprieve while they calmed things down again via, in part, the Dickie gambit and probably believed he was earning his place back, but no. Possibly coming back and shooting Quarles will help his case, but maybe not, Mr. Limehouse seems unlikely to change his mind.

It was so fucked up when Raylan said that Arlo shot a man in a hat and we realized that Arlo would have shot Raylan. It was a nice call back to the moment at the beginning when Arlo said that he'd heard that a man with a hat had been shot.

Man. I thought it was bad when I thought my father "home-invaded" his own house. And it was. Because I thought that, at least till the arraignment(of, thankfully, some complete strangers who were the only home-invaders I ever heard of not to leave a scratch on the homeowner...they did bind him with electrical tape so he pressed the alarm with his nose.
