I loved the doomed wartime romance. AH played the young Charlie Lawson very well and he and BR looked fantastic in 1940s costume.

I really appreciated that Charlie wasn't looting art, exactly -- he took it from a dead soldier who had looted it. And the fact that it was never sold, but kept safe instead, made it a lot less icky than it could have been.

I also didn't blame Charlie (much) for thinking he could sell it to buy his future with Dorothy, because of who he was in those times. But I'm glad it worked out the way it did.

Oh, I'm so glad Breaking Bad is back. Can't wait to watch.

I feel the same way about Dennis Haysbert. It's not so much that he looks or sounds like my dad did, it's that unflappable calm and air of dignity and competence. And he's hot, which is very confusing to me. It's hard to say that someone reminds you of your dad and then that you want to have your wicked way with him.
