Just started watching last night's episode and noticed it was directed by Agnieszka Holland. That bodes well.
I have a small issue though, I can't believe that she went to the victim's funeral in a sweater and jeans. Talk about disrespectful.
That reminds me of the one thing that pinged me while mainlining this weekend was the incredible lack of food being brought to the house.
The Killing - sneak peek.
Yeah, I didn't think she belonged at the funeral regardless of what she was wearing. And I'm thinking Darrin is the killer because it seems so implausible.
I don't think she intended to go to the funeral all along. I can't recall precisely, but it seems that something investigative drove her there.
And I'm thinking Darrin is the killer because it seems so implausible.
Well, you know, I started about various connections back to Darren, given that the dude who was peering down on events with his telescope didn't initially describe the person with Bennet as a woman-- he said a "small-type person" and it wasn't until Linden said, "a woman," that he agreed.
Which immediately made me think Jamie, who is not exactly gifted with great size and from a distance, might look like a woman. And who has proven to be wildly loyal to Darren.
We just caught up with Justified last night in time for tonight, and I'm still picking my jaw up off the floor. I loved this show last season, but this season has been insane.
If Margo Martindale doesn't win an Emmy for this role, it'll be a crime.
This will also sound wrong, I'm sure, but this season the show is really making me miss my family in West Virginia. Not that they're shady in any way! But the rhythm of life there, the social rituals, the food, the tribal feeling of family. Really well done.
Are they going away and leaving Loretta on her own? Is that wise?
Oh, this won't end well. For Loretta, or for Raylan and Winona, I imagine.
What leverage does Boyd have over the Bennetts that was revealed by the phone call they received during the parlay? I had thought it was the news that Loretta was missing (meaning that Boyd's guys had abducted her) but that wasn't it.
Really disliking Winona.
