I watched it last night, too. It's good, but watching the family of the girl is hard - I was glad I had Castle to watch after to cleanse my palate before sleeping.
I really like the actress who plays the detective who's moving to Sonoma.
It's possible that he's in the land of perpetual Wednesday, or the crazy melty land, or you know, the world without shrimp.

I didn't think that Dickie had died, I thought that Coover was too stupid to check for a pulse. I did enjoy Raylan pouring bong water on him to wake him up.
I was trying to decide if Mags was really upset at the end, or she was faking it to get to Loretta.
One thing that irritates me is when stupid characters suddenly get smart in order to advance the plot. I don't see Coover having the subtlety to just wear the watch where Loretta would see it and let her draw her own conclusions. It was a far to clever move for someone stupid AND high.

I can't imagine why else he would suddenly go get the watch and then wear it after the party for the clean up. Plus, the smug look on his face when Loretta saw the watch suggested that he knew.
