Argh looks like Mad Men is going to be delayed - possibly until 2012.
Cable Drama: Still Waiting for the Cable Guy to Show Up with the Thread Name...
To be determined... (but it's definitely [NAFDA])
Last November, when we reported about this past January's DVD release of Volume 8, we also passed along word from the BBC that they would put a rush on their follow-up with the MI-5 - Volume 9 set. They had said at the time that they'd rather not wait the customary year between packages, and instead get the next volume out in the 2011 summertime. Today the BBC and distributor Warner Home Video have made good on that promise, announcing MI-5 - Volume 9 to hit the streets of North America on July 12th. The 3-disc set running 400 minutes will cost $39.98 SRP (just as Volume 8 did). No further details are available yet, nor package art, but stay tuned and we'll see if we can update you with that material.

Caught up on Justified. I was pretty much screaming in unison with Coover in order to block out the sound of the hammer doing its thing.
I am still scared for Loretta. And if Mags ever finds out that Raylan has an interest in her safety, she will be in even more danger. She'll leverage that child against him to a crazy extreme.
Also, Jeremy Davis, STOP MUMBLING SO DAMN MUCH. I missed most of his conversation with Coover at the abandoned Christian ATV place, even with the volume jacked up.
Loved the most recent episode- that is my favorite kind of Justified. Minimal arc-y stuff, interesting villains, and fascinating relationship stuff. The Boyd/Raylan discussion re: Ava? The pained conversation about a Raylan/Winona future? GARY PUTTING UP THE HOUSE TO FINANCE A HORSE, OMG we laughed so hard. Like, that guy cannot NOT fuck up. And that Art/geezer chase scene was too much awesome. The whole scene, not just the chase.
In conclusion. More Art, less arc. (YMMV)
Oh yeah, that Foley artist needs to be taken away in cuffs; that sound was brutal.
SouthLAnd has been renewed for a fourth season!! yaaaaaaaaaaay!!!
That IS good news. It's a good quality.
Woo hoo!
Justified
All that suspense, and then the resolution wasn't very satisfactory.
Also, once the money was known to be absent from the evidence lockup, wouldn't it have been better for it never to return there, and let everyone believe it had been transferred per the old court order and lost elsewhere?
I was also wondering why they just didn't take it out and burn it somewhere, making sure all bits and pieces were consumed by the blaze.
If they put it back, then they didn't steal it. At least, I think that's the logic.
And Art totally knows that something is up.
