Reynolds, I'm a dangerous-minded man on a ship loaded with hurt. Now, why you got me chatting with your peons?

Cable Drama: Still Waiting for the Cable Guy to Show Up with the Thread Name...

To be determined... (but it's definitely [NAFDA])

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

As I recall official programming started Friday afternoon, and there was some programming on Sunday morning. It was kind of a Dragon*Con model, with parallel programming and film running in a separate room all the time. But like I said it was glitchy last year, so they may change things this year. I hope they'll get somebody else to run it.

They haven't announced yet where it will be, except Portland OR. The Governor again maybe, but it was really not big enough for the number of people who attended.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh, god, y'all. So jealous. Say hi to John again for me, will you?

I wish you could come too!

Say hi to John again for me, will you?

Indeed I will, not least to see if he gets the same "my separate worlds are colliding!" look on his face this time.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Breaking Bad :

Oh crap, THEY WEREN'T TOTALLY DEAD. Is this whole season going to be cleaning up after the pilot? Don't answer that.

I really love Jesse. I just love how...Jesse he is. He's such a great foil for Walter, and it's fun to see how they both react to being in way over their heads.

And Skyler is kind of awesome. I couldn't believe she got SO CLOSE to finding out in just the second episode! Damn, Walter, you've got to cover your tracks better from now on.

The bathtub scene was awesome. MESSY GROSS SCIENCE.

Finally, the scene when Skyler tells him to imagine their daughter at 16 and Walter can't because he won't be around? Oh, Bryan Cranston. (I wonder how long the series can go on, though, when the main character is supposed to have a limited lifespan as part of the premise. Does each season not cover that much time? Is he going to be magically cured? Don't answer that.)

I'm bummed they pre-empted Human Target last night.* Anyone know if it will air again?

*Though Obama's speech was certainly a worthwhile reason to do so.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Friday I think.

Excellent! Thanks. Now to make sure the DVR knows it...

Which isn't Cable Drama, for future reference.

Trust my rage

P-C, they do address that issue but also the seasons cover very short periods of time.
