"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I only saw one commercial for "Burn Notice" and made sure the DVR was set.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh, my. I was not expecting the macking.

Also, best non-musical Psychouts in a while. Cary Elwes saying "Moby Dick's blowhole" is golden. Never mind a good Judi Dench ref.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

How did that almost slip past me?

Thank goodness for Tivo!

Totally time for the macking--it's been 4 years

Love the psychouts!

Hey, coolness. You can vote for White Collar at the People's Choice Awards for favourite TV obsession.

Compassionately intolerant

SOA: The last few episodes have drug a bit, for my tastes, but there have been some key stories emerging that have me fascinated. Not the least of which is Jax's Sophie's Choice. That is an amazing turn of events that I'm really curious to see evolve. What will it mean for the leadership of Samcro in general?

I am a bit concerned that one of the most vile of characters is going to get by without a scratch.

With only two episodes left in the season, and so many loose ends being tied up, what could the next cliffhanger be?

Art Crawl!!!

I agree that the last couple of episodes have dragged. Also, I cannot believe that Gemma will let that baby stay in Ireland.

That's what concerns me in terms of Samcro leadership. What Gemma wants, Clay gets. If Jax is 'weak' in filial loyalty, regardless of what is best for the baby, what will the others think of him?

Overall, this season has been much weaker than S1 in terms of rich characters and stories that all dovetail nicely. The squick factor is equal, but doesn't have as much impact.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Oh, I don't know--I really liked all the stuff with Gemma on the run and at her dad's. Loved the stuff with his carer and having her tied up in the basement and all of that. The last couple of eps have been a little weak, but the beginning of the season was good, I thought.

I think Gemma will make Jax see that he can be a different father than his own father was and that will be his arc for next season.

“Not dead yet!”

Burn Notice: Oh, Jesse. I like you so much.
