Most people is pretty quiet right about now. Me, I see a stiff -- one I didn't have to kill myself -- I just get, the urge to, you know, do stuff. Like work out, run around, maybe get some trim if there's a willin' woman about... not that I get flush from corpses or anything. I ain't crazy.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

OMG - that's the guy who played Franklin on True Blood, right?

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Yes. He has quite the acting career.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

My son asked "Why is Hardison wearing a shirt without sleeves". "To make me happy".

I am so glad I wasn't drinking anything while reading this because I either would have choked or sprayed my monitor.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Mad Men:

Obnoxious Talent Dude: "You're a fruitcake."
Peggy: "And you're chickenshit. I can work like this. Let's go."

Whoa! Peggy for the win.

(For those not watching, he called her repressed. She took all her clothes off.)

You know, I will always appreciate writers who know the difference between horseshit, bullshit, batshit and chickenshit.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

"And you're chickenshit. I can work like this. Let's go."

I loved Peggy in this ep.

It's a shame they felt they needed a filler ep instead of just taking the night off for the Emmys like everyone else, but at least they had fun with it.

aka "The artist formerly known as Corwood Industries."

I conditionally disagree with calling that ep filler. Don's hit rock bottom (I hope), Peggy's dissatisfaction is boiling over (and while I really dug her last night, her foil was a one-note paper cutout of a chauvinist pig), Cosgrove is back in the fold, and - somewhat significantly - Don's last conquest called him "Dick." If any of that winds up going somewhere, I'd say there was a narrative point to it.

Art Crawl!!!

Peggy totally rocked.

I didn't think it was filler either - lots of significant things as noted by Corwood.

Huh, totally missed her calling him "Dick" - and I certainly hope that this is rock bottom for Don.

The interplay between Layne and Campbell seemed significant to me too.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Peggy did indeed rock mightely!

I hope Don doesn't have too much further to slide. He is not that interesting in this mode. Though I did love the glimpses into how he joined the firm and how it paralleled Danny being hired.
