I watched 1 and 2 tonight and am geeking out with Bing on details about the show. Producer Henry Bromell is the son of a CIA agent. Leslie Jacobowitz is the only producer (albeit co-) on all the eps. The producers come from The Wire, Sex and the City, Homicide, Rescue Me, Nurse Jackie, and (an old favorite) Northern Exposure! It took me awhile to place "Maggie Young;" the actress played the miniature killer on CSI. AMC has a blog by her character on their website; she solved the crossword puzzle in the hall while overhearing Will talk about it.

It's slow to start, I'm willing to give it some time. They really do have to step up their game re the puzzle though. Seriously, the prior 1960's puzzle? three days afterwards 4 people died etc.? You've got to be kidding - somewhere in the world, four people died three days after my cat yakked up a hairball, too.

one thing I LOVE about Rubicon is how right on the sets are. Will's apartment actually looks like an NYC apartment a successful single person might have. Still a studio, but a "big" one. Ed's house is believably decorated and messy. People all drive cars that are right for their characters. It adds so much to the show.

erika - that was such a great moment. The shock of seeing one of Conor's contemporaries all grown up as well as his knowledge that they fight all the time. Both good things.

Yeah I can't get past the crossword thing on Rubicon either.

I was joking about Will Shortz. In Real Life, the plot would only make sense if he were part of the conspiracy.
